CNC Services and capabilities
Our CNC capabilities are used in all facets of our production from creating thermoforming moulds to custom cutting plastic and other substrates into custom shapes for our fabricating department.
Our CNC capabilities can precisely and repeatedly produce plastic parts and components with simple shapes or intricate designs. When you add in our complimentary heat bending facilities it enables us to supply a wide range of custom fabricated products. Whether it is for long and short run volumes or a one off part for prototyping, the CNC allows us to produce custom fabricated parts at a reasonable cost.
We were one of the early adopters of CAD/CAM and CNC in tooling. Our onsite CNC machining capabilities puts CFP at the forefront of thermoforming tooling development.
Creative Form Plastics designs and manufactures tooling in house by operating our own TOOL ROOM. This allows us the ability to dictate priorities enabling us to reduce time-lines and ensure top quality.
