Creative Form Plastics designs and manufactures tooling in house by operating our own MOULD ROOM. This allows us the ability to dictate priorities enabling us to reduce time-lines and ensure top quality.
Our onsite CNC machining capabilities put CFP at the forefront of thermoforming design. Our Design team will manage the entire process to ensure product quality and quick turnaround time.
We do not limit our designs and tooling to the straight-line paradigm that is evolving with CAD/CAM and CNC. We also maintain a stable of old-school “artisan” pattern makers. We maintain the creativity and art of tool making by maintaining this traditional craftsmanship. These experts allow us to think outside of the box creating interesting fluid/organic patterns.
